Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Services Manager (DSM) to drive Services sales by cultivating partnerships with Service Providers and overseeing their lifecycle from onboarding to termination. The role blends relationship management, operations oversight, and performance optimization to align providers with Home Services standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing customer feedback, conducting provider performance reviews, onboarding new partners, and leading training to maintain service

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Knowledge or experience in the retail store environment, home improvement industry or construction industry (preferred).
• Experience in residential remodel project management (preferred).
• Demonstrated project management skills (preferred).
• Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances with customers (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience and Issue Resolution: review feedback, pursue service improvements, and ensure timely resolution with service providers.
• Service Provider Management and Compliance: conduct reviews, analyze metrics, onboard new providers, and lead compliance reviews to prevent penalties.
• Store Support: assist stores with provider-related escalations and support events and promotions.
• Training/Development and Administrative Activities: participate in weekly trainings and calls; plan and forecast upcoming activities.
