Greenway Waste & Recycling seeks a District Service Manager to oversee valet service operations at assigned locations in a dynamic, outdoor environment. The role involves independent work with a split schedule and opportunities for advancement in a rapidly growing company.

The position offers a competitive $50,000 annual compensation with vehicle allowance or company truck, plus bonus opportunities and 401K with company match, health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• College degree is desirable but not required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience in heavy-lifting job is preferred.
• Background check and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Manage valet service operations at assigned locations.
• Split shift between home and field depending on needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and employees.
• Fuel and maintain vehicles and schedule porters.
• Assemble, deliver, label and maintain trash receptacles.
• Maintain records and reports and enforce discipline.
