Qualifications

• Onboard and train Service Valets; lead team meetings and safety checks.
• Must be able to manage schedules, timecards, and budgets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead Your Team: onboard/train Service Valets; coaching and safety checks; manage schedules and budgets.
• Keep Operations Running Smoothly: visit properties, conduct audits, resolve issues using iValet dashboard; respond to concerns.
• Support Daily Tasks: assist with hiring, distribute supplies, monitor staffing, oversee fleet maintenance.
