Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is seeking a District Service Manager in Madison, WI to oversee valet service operations at assigned properties and lead a growing team.

This full-time role offers independence, a strong salary of $50,000 plus vehicle allowance or company truck, health insurance, PTO, and opportunities for advancement. You will work Sunday-Thursday with some home-based scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• People management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage valet service operations at assigned locations.
• Split shift schedule; time split between home and in-field duties.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees.
• Maintain open communication with management and employees.
• Fuel and maintain vehicles; schedule porters as needed.
• Assemble, deliver, label and maintain trash receptacles; collect bags and recycling door-to-door.
