Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a District Service Manager to lead the service team and oversee the service department’s operations, staffing, and budgets. You will supervise field technicians, coordinate with parts and IT, and drive service growth with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will develop procedures, manage schedules, and communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Travel up to 50% locally is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the service department operations.
