Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a District Service Manager to lead the Service team and drive the service operation in the Boise area. You will supervise staff, coordinate training, and manage the IT and service-related activities to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5 years supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally 50% as required.
• Knowledge of Cal/OSHA requirements and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and plan projects to improve service delivery.
• Provide leadership for assigned staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and manage department budgets and goals.
• Schedule Field Technicians and ensure timely field service operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
