The role requires strong leadership, budgeting input, field travel up to 50%, and the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to grow service volume and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role within the service or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in an assigned area and evaluate performance.
• Provide leadership for the IT and Service departments; manage timecards and budgets.
• Develop and oversee programs, policies, and procedures; ensure goal achievement.
