Job summary

Waukesha Pearce Industries, LLC is seeking a Service and Field Department Manager to optimize efficiency and profitability. You will supervise Foreman, Leaderman, Technician and Administrative staff, and implement department processes across shops and field activities.

You will develop training programs, review monthly performance with regional leadership, and maintain strong client relations through onsite visits when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience of service and/or field personnel.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be computer literate and able to use Windows-based software.
• Must be dependable, able to work independently and build client relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Service and Field Department to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise Foreman, Leaderman, Technician and Administrative staff.
• Adhere to service department management operating system and monitor monthly performance.
• Develop and maintain training programs for all department staff.
• Meet monthly with Regional/Branch/Parts managers to review activities and reports.
• Provide timely performance reviews and coordinate raises as appropriate.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and complete required reports.
