Job summary

You will lead foremen and staff, develop training programs, monitor monthly performance, sustain strong customer relations, and uphold safety and company standards in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Travel may be required to support customers in the territory.

Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory service personnel experience.
• Must work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Proficient with Windows-based Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Must be dependable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Service Department organization, productivity and assets for maximum efficiency.
• Monitors monthly performance, evaluates staff and miles tracking.
• Develops and maintains a training program for all Service Department employees.
• Meets monthly with District Manager and Parts Manager to review activities and reports.
• Maintains customer relations and ensures safe work environment; adheres to safety programs.
