Job summary

Waukesha-pearce Industries Llc is seeking a Field Technician – Master Journeyman to supervise and train technicians while performing assigned engine service. You will read schematics and blueprints, perform upgrades, and ensure safety and quality control on each job.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, OEM engine experience, and proficiency with electrical diagnostics and precision tools. On-site field work and coordination with the regional manager are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: technical discipline with hands-on engine experience.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
• Must have supervisory and leadership abilities; train others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and train technicians on assigned jobs.
• Read schematics, blueprints, sketches, drawings and specs.
• Perform service upgrades and ensure safe work procedures.
• Complete labor reporting and quality control paperwork.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with Regional Field Service Manager on part/tool needs.
• LO/TO of every job and document progression for customer.
