Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior supervisory/management experience in security, law enforcement, or military required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across all client sites within the district.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate Site Supervisors and security personnel; ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client relations within the district.
• Ensure post orders and services meet client contract requirements and company policy.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of district personnel.
• Review and approve employee timesheets and schedules.
• Investigate and respond to incidents and disciplinary matters within the district.
• Track and report on district KPIs (turnover, incidents, staffing, client retention)
