Job summary

Isuzu North America is seeking a Regional Operations Advisor to guide assigned dealers through analysis of sales operations and action plan development. This role covers parts of the Northeast region, including Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

You will assist dealership personnel with sales calls, analyze dealer performance, support RA/FA requests and vehicle ordering, and ensure adherence to company policies while reporting to the Director of Regional Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent directly related work experience.
• Minimum three years of automotive wholesale experience.
• Basic knowledge of dealership operations, sales, marketing and vehicle inventory management.
• Proficient PC skills in Windows applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales motivation and technique.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Must maintain acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assists dealership personnel in making sales calls on current and prospective customers.
• Analyzes dealer operations to develop Dealer Business Plan action plans for sales objectives.
• Assists dealer personnel with RA/FA requests, vehicle ordering, training, and program adherence.
• Assists regional management in selecting new dealer points and market representation assignments.
• Adheres to reporting and control requirements to ensure effective communication with regional management.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
