Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is hiring a District Sales Manager based out of Winter Haven, focused on Wesley Chapel. You will lead the execution of sales initiatives and oversee local, regional, and national accounts with full responsibility for sales execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in consumer products DSd sales, experience managing people and budgets, and solid computer/database skills. This role requires a driver’s license and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.>=

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in consumer products/DSD sales.
• Experience managing people and budgets preferred.
• Intermediate computer and database application skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Ability to bend, kneel, lift 50+ pounds, and climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute all sales priorities and initiatives.
• Understand P&L and manage budgets.
• Develop core talent at the Sales Account Manager level.
• Coach and develop direct reports and foster learning.
• Maintain relationships with accounts and coordinate with Sales area leadership.
