Gordon Food Service is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of high-performing outside sales representatives in Newark, DE. The role emphasizes consultative, relationship-focused selling and strategic account development to help customers thrive in their food service operations.

You will drive sales targets, develop business plans, and engage with customers while upholding Gordon Food Service’s servant leadership culture.

Formación

• Four or more years of previous sales or business experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, including profitability models.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours.
• Maintaining a valid, unrestricted state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• If applicable, participate in the company vehicle reimbursement program and maintain required insurance levels.
• We will require any candidate who works for a Gordon Food Service customer to provide a letter of support from their management.
