• Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area and maintain required insurance coverage.
• Employment Agreement reviewed prior to execution and as provided to the associate.

Responsibilities

• Attract sales talent to build a high-performing team.
• Develop sales associates to increase knowledge, experience, and earnings.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory.
• Plan weekly activities to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas using company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records and report cost-savings to customers.
