Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a District Sales Manager (Hybrid) to hire and develop a sales team and grow the assigned territory. You will lead talent acquisition, coaching, and relationship-building with customers across the region.

In this role you will plan effectively, work to double sales every five years, and maintain accurate activity reporting. The company provides comprehensive benefits and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams.
• Willingness and ability to move to/from customer and associate locations within the territory while maintaining the required insurance minimums.

Responsibilities

• Attract Sales Talent to build a high-performance team.
• Develop sales associates to increase knowledge, experience and earnings.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Plan weekly routes and priorities to drive territory growth.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report cost-savings to customers.
