Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a District Sales Manager based in Jacksonville to drive sales execution across local, regional, and national accounts. You will oversee budgets, priorities, and P&L performance to meet company goals.

Lead and coach the sales team, build talent, and coordinate with store level and chain leadership. You will implement channel, packaging and pricing plans and engage with community forums to promote growth and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery sales is required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales execution in local, regional and national accounts within the assigned FSOP accounts.
• Manage budgets and P&L responsibilities; align with priorities and initiatives.
• Coach and develop the sales team; engage with store level and local chain leaders.
