Responsibilities

• Attract Sales Talent: recruit and assemble a high-performing sales team.
• Develop Sales Associates: coach to improve knowledge, experience, and earnings.
• Relationship Management: build strong customer relationships in the territory.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly activities to drive territory growth.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet or exceed quotas using company sales programs.
• Reporting: maintain accurate daily sales activity records and report cost-savings.
