Amgen is seeking a District Sales Manager to serve as the liaison to medical professionals, delivering clinical knowledge of Amgen products and driving district sales performance. You will lead district teams, hire and coach staff, ensure training compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet and exceed targets.

The role emphasizes building relationships with clinicians, managing resources, and guiding district strategy while supporting Amgen's mission to serve patients.

Qualificações

• Doctorate or professional degree in a relevant field with clinical/sales experience.
• Masters with significant sales/marketing background.
• Bachelor’s degree with long track in sales/marketing.
• Associates with extensive sales/marketing experience.
• High school diploma with substantial sales/marketing tenure.
• AND 2 years of managerial/leadership responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Track the progress of marketing messages and programs.
• Provide feedback to district teams on marketing, allocations, and resources.
• Manage district teams to maximize performance and meet sales/budget targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Ensure compliance with training.
• Demonstrate coaching and development for future roles.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Coordinate with district and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, BUs).
• Share best practices with direct reports and peers.
• Coordinate/participate in cluster teams.
• Lead district sales meetings to guide districts.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to achieve objectives.
