You will collaborate with district and cross‑functional teams to drive sales, manage recruitment, and maintain compliant, high‑performing districts.

The role emphasizes building local relationships with Opinion Leaders and delivering on sales targets within a flexible work model that includes remote and hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Masters degree and 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Bachelors degree or and 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• Associates degree and 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• AND 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various district teams and business units.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to achieve aligned objectives.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates for district teams.
• Ensure compliance with training and performance reviews.
• Coordinate district sales meetings and share best practices.
