Job summary

Standard Sales Company, L.P. is seeking a District Manager to lead a sales and merchandising team across assigned retail accounts in Kentucky. The role emphasizes retailer relationships, inventory management, and achieving targeted sales and execution goals.

You will cascade brand growth targets, supervise field teams, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies while maintaining high levels of customer service and market presence.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in wholesale beer distribution and/or brewer/supplier operations.
• Good communication skills and ability to partner and collaborate effectively with others.
• Knowledge of iPad/Computer applications and proficient with current selling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supervision of a sales and merchandising team.
• Maintain retailer relationships and achieve sales and execution goals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Develop and coach sales reps and merchandisers to improve performance.
• Monitor inventory, shelf space, and pricing across assigned accounts.
