Job summary

Standard Sales Company, L.P. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse personnel, ensure accurate order fulfillment and proper loading of delivery vehicles. The role requires coordinating with drivers, sales representatives and the district manager to meet distribution goals.

The candidate will maintain safety, enforce company policies, and manage inventory, with a focus on timely and accurate order processing within a fast-paced wholesale environment in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with ability to communicate often and effectively.
• Ability to follow company policies to guide business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team member performance and execution.
• Train and oversee the development of employees in the warehouse loading department.
• Verify orders and ensure accurate loading of delivery vehicles.
• Maintain safe work environment and enforce safety rules.
• Monitor inventory and prevent out-of-stocks or close-to-code products.
• Coordinate activities with Driver, Sales Rep and District Manager.
