The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Consumer Health or Pharmaceutical industry, with strong management skills. Compensation includes a salary range of $125,000 to $140,000, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a company car or allowance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Consumer Health or Pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Valid driver's license for travel to healthcare accounts.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory in Philadelphia, PA. You will have the opportunity to hire, train and develop, as well as coach the sales team in their district to successfully promote product targeting physicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate field performance on an ongoing basis
• Conduct annual performance appraisals
• Execute business plans aligned with program goals
• Ensure administrative project activities are accurate, timely, and compliant

Required Qualifications

• 5+ Years Consumer Health / Pharmaceutical industry experience
• 2+ Years of Management experience, training or participation in management development program
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries

Desired Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills, especially in project planning, implementation, and change management
• Ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
• Ability to meet travel demands

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary ranges from $125,000 to $140,000. In addition, positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, company matching 401k, and flexible paid time off.
