Job summary

RNDC is seeking a Sales Lead to proactively grow sales within a designated territory. You will service existing accounts, educate customers on product fit, and drive incremental business through informed selling strategies.

Ideal candidates bring a year of education, a four-year degree preferred, and 3–6 months of related experience. Strong client skills and a valid driver’s license are required. Nights/weekends may be involved for promotions and account activities.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school.
• Four year college degree, preferred.
• 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Represents the voice of the customer and services existing accounts.
• Educates customers on the right products for them.
• Uses informed selling to introduce new products and close gaps in distribution.
• Visits accounts frequently to provide service and maximize revenue potential.
• Develops sales plans for customers and aligns with business strategies.
• Ensures orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
• May perform merchandising activities if no support rep partner.
