Job summary

Brightstar Lottery Indiana is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a multi-county sales team responsible for citywide and regional performance. You will drive sales initiatives, training, and strategic promotions across 780 retailers with 22 counties in the state.

The role requires strong leadership, travel across the district, and collaboration with Hoosier Lottery and Brightstar departments. You're expected to balance coaching with hands-on field leadership, monitor performance, and ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum five years of related sales and sales management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; clear written materials.
Ability to plan, organize, and supervise others; strong time management.

Responsibilities

Lead district sales team to achieve sales and PNI goals.
Develop a trained, efficient sales force aligned with Business Plan.
Maintain active presence across territories; conduct field rides and retailer assessments.
Provide leadership through coaching, training, and mentoring.
Review sales reports; strategize promotions to maximize sales.
Manage district Self-Service network and account coverage.
Form partnerships with decision-makers to grow retailer profitability.
Ensure inventory levels meet demand and monitor scratch-off performance.
Conduct monthly performance check-ins with team members.
