Job summary

PepsiCo Sales in Bakersfield is seeking a Sales District Leader to oversee 10-25 Route Sales Representatives and a $5-15 million district. You will lead district meetings, coach RSrs, and drive in-store programs while engaging with store management to achieve sales objectives and provide excellent customer service.

This role requires strong leadership, data interpretation, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees.
• CPG/Direct Store Delivery experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with store management and sell in/execute sales programs.
• Lead district meetings to plan achieving sales objectives.
• Coach RSrs on performance, selling and customer service skills.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required.
• Interpret statistical data and forecast promotions to ensure product availability.
