Job summary

The expected salary range is $66,900 to $111,950, with additional benefits and a performance-based bonus program of 15% of annual salary paid quarterly. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience managing frontline employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods in a Direct Store Delivery environment.
• Must have DOT certification during pre-onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales district comprised of 10–25 Route Sales Representatives.
• Lead a business valued at $5–15 million.
• Facilitate information to direct reports and provide administrative support.
