Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees highly preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales district comprised of 10-25 Route Sales Representatives.
• Complete a 12+ month leadership onboarding/training program.
• Manage a $5-15 Million dollar business.
