Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment.
• Requires Department of Transportation (DOT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales district with 10-25 Route Sales Representatives.
• Lead district meetings to achieve sales objectives.
• Coach RSR's on performance and customer service skills.
• Deliver sales presentations to customers as required.
