VCNA St Marys is seeking a Sales Manager to provide leadership for the WI/IL/IN/W.MI market, directing sales staff and coordinating with Sr. Management on budgets, forecasts, pricing and promotions. You will drive growth, analyze markets, and manage regional teams and trade show activities.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, supervising field representatives, negotiating deals, and delivering client presentations while maintaining cost controls and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• Ability to analyze markets, manage budgets, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Representatives and Technical Service Engineers to execute the market strategy.
