The role requires travel among Grand, Moffat, Routt, and Summit County, with a focus on coaching, training, and strategic planning to meet corporate sales goals.

Ideal candidates possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills, plus experience in foodservice sales and familiarity with Microsoft Office

Formación

• Requires HS diploma or GED; higher degree a plus.
• 2+ years foodservice sales, 4+ years preferred.
• 1+ year leadership experience.
• Proven problem solving ability.
• Data analysis using technology.
• Knowledge of industry trends.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Executives to maximize sales growth and profitability.
• Coach, mentor, train and direct Account Executives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Set performance targets and review progress with Account Executives.
• Use data and technology to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key customers and perform periodic reviews.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly.
• Travel in Colorado (Grand, Moffat, Routt, Summit counties) as required.
