Core-Mark is seeking a District Sales Supervisor in Denver, CO to lead the sales staff, drive regional revenue, and ensure profitability and cash flow within the district. You will guide training, strategy execution, and relationship-building with customers and vendors.

The role emphasizes staff development, sales planning, and budget adherence while delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• 4-6 years foodservice sales and team lead or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Business management, sales, marketing, or related area (preferred).
• 6-10 years foodservice sales supervisory or management experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Supervises associates to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Attain targeted sales as determined by business goals; operate department within budget guidelines.
• Develop and educate sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques and policies via monthly meetings.
• Interact with customers and vendors; respond to questions, manage complaints and emergencies.
