Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a District Sales Manager to support Account Executives across Colorado's Grand, Moffat, Routt and Summit County markets. This role focuses on driving sales growth, profitability and strategic account leadership.

The position requires flexible travel, leadership experience, and strong data analysis, with a competitive salary of $100,000 to $130,000 plus annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ foodservice sales experience. 4+ years’ sales experience preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Travel across Grand, Moffat, Routt and Summit County, Colorado.

• Address and resolve escalated customer concerns expeditiously
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.

• Demonstrated expertise in problem solving
• Demonstrated expertise in using technology and analyzing customer data
• Knowledgeable on industry trends
• Has a bias for action and is intolerant of mediocrity
• Expertise in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.

Salary of $100,000 to $130,000 with annual bonus potential depending on competency, experience, qualifications and skills.
