Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum seven years’ electrical industry sales/marketing and/or engineering experience.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Bakersfield, CA; City of Industry, Fresno, Pleasanton, Roseville, or San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned customer base, to increase sales in the local marketplace.
• Provide application guidance and technical assistance to assigned customers.
• Manage team of California-based sales engineers, channel and sales agency representatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profit margin and customer satisfaction.
• Promote and maintain relationships with client representatives responsible for purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate and present bids and quotations using company guidelines to improve margins.
