Job summary

US Foods is seeking a leader to oversee a team of Territory Managers in Denver. You will coach, mentor, and develop TMs to achieve sales goals, penetrate accounts, and acquire high-potential new business.

The role requires 5+ years in foodservice sales and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with travel as needed. Base salary targets range from $90,000 to $145,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Minimum five years of foodservice sales experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of Territory Managers (TMs) to drive revenue growth and account penetration.
• Coach, mentor and train TMs to achieve AOP and company goals.
• Direct TMs toward high quality leads, open new accounts, and reduce churn.
• Develop and manage district sales plans, budgets, and performance reviews.
