Colorado Psychiatric is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Consultants, driving performance, coaching talent, and delivering profitable growth. You will guide district strategy, execute territory planning, and utilize CRM tools to optimize deals and customer engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, with experience in fast-paced healthcare distribution environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; 2+ years in sales growth.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and developSales Consultants and drive profitable growth.
• Experience in foodservice or similar distribution environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3–5 one-on-one work-withs weekly to coach SCs.
• Lead Friday district meetings to educate and drive behavior changes.
• Direct Customer Engagement initiatives and expand service channels.
• Maintain continuous improvement mentality around technology, skills, and product knowledge.
• Utilize CRM for sales planning, prospecting, and engagement; maximize CRM usage.
• Deliver brand results and manage conversion opportunities within the district.
• Support national campaigns and promotions; coach and train associates.
• Execute territory planning and essential reporting; manage top customer relationships.
• Train new employees and participate in district meetings and training sessions.
