Kimball Midwest is seeking a District Sales Manager to hire and develop a high-performing sales team and drive growth across a designated territory in the United States. You will attract talent, mentor sales professionals, and build strong customer relationships while executing strategic planning to expand coverage.

You will manage weekly planning, report on progress, and pursue sales goals through the company’s proven programs and training.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams.
• Ability to move to/from customers and associates' locations within the territory while maintaining required insurance.

Responsabilités

• Attract Sales Talent: build a team of successful sales professionals.
• Develop Sales Associates: grow knowledge, experience, and earnings year over year.
• Relationship Management: cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly stops and territory growth.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet/exceed quotas via proven programs and training.
• Reporting: maintain accurate daily sales activity records.
