Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a District Sales Manager to hire and develop a sales team and grow the Salt Lake City territory. The role involves talent acquisition, coaching, and strong relationship management with customers in the designated area.

You will execute plans to meet sales goals, participate in training workshops, and report on field activities. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Attract Sales Talent: Attract various levels of sales talent to the organization to build a team of successful individuals.
• Develop Sales Associates: Develop sales associates to increase their knowledge, experience, and earnings year after year.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs and processes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report cost-savings ability.
