Vk Venture is seeking a District Coordinator to manage field operations across the district, supervise Field Sales Executives, and ensure daily and monthly targets are met. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, team handling, or operations.
• Banking/fintech/BFSI exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple field executives.
• Knowledge of KYC, banking services, and onboarding processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate field operations across the assigned district.
• Supervise Field Sales Executives and ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors, banking partners, and service providers.
• Monitor customer onboarding, KYC, account opening, and transaction activities.
• Track team performance, prepare daily reports, and share updates with management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's network within the district.
• Resolve field-level issues and ensure smooth operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
