Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a District Sales Representative to drive growth with independent distributors and retailers across the Allentown district. The role focuses on customer development, distributor relations, and cooperative promotions for snack cake products.

You will recruit distributors, train new partners, and maintain strong retailer relationships while balancing territory coverage and early-morning travel requirements. A valid driver’s license and home-office capability are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management or sales leadership in food & beverage or grocery.
• Live within the district or willing to relocate to Allentown area.
• Ability to develop accounts and build rapport with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with independent distributors and retailers.
• Recruit and appoint quality distributors for the district.
• Provide sales assistance to distributors to grow snack cake sales.
• Manage territory and balance DSR activity to zero within four weeks after ending the territory.
• Represent McKee Foods with integrity and adhere to safety practices.
