Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain talent across store managers.
• Recruit, select, and manage a team of store managers.
• Analyze weekly sales reports and drive actions to maximize sales.
• Lead teams to maintain merchandising standards and brand consistency.
• Communicate with corporate office regularly to align on procedures and top-line goals.
