Qualifikationen

• 5 years minimum of retail management experience preferred.

• Proven ability to work with all levels of management, build partnerships and influence teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Team-building skills.

• Develop, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent across the district.
• Recruit, select, and manage a team of store managers.
• Invest time in training and development opportunities for self and others.
• Inspire a high-performance team to deliver results through feedback and coaching.
• Lead guest-centric culture and communicate with stores to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Analyze weekly sales reports to track results and drive top-line sales.
• Maintain store merchandising direction, product flow, inventory, and signage.
