Job summary

Burlington Stores in Idaho seeks a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation, delivering a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor and coach teams, uphold Burlington values, and drive sales, service, and operational excellence through effective leadership.

You will oversee day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service management, partnering with district and regional teams to ensure policy adherence and strong results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar store operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure execution of policies and initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, returns-to-vendor and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example and model Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and the associated budget and reporting.
• Recruitment, onboarding and ongoing coaching for associates; facilitate training programs.
• Payroll budgeting, workforce management and scheduling; ensure effective communication across teams.
