Job summary

Reasors Food Stores seeks an experienced District Manager to drive profitability and oversee multiple C-Store locations within the district. You will direct Store Managers, supervise area personnel, and sustain engagement through coaching and execution of company values.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, plus the ability to travel between stores and ensure operational excellence aligned with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; progress toward a relevant degree with management experience may be considered.
• Five years of progressively responsible management experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and well-developed written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Excellent analytical skills are necessary.
• Familiarity with compliance standards in the industry (alcohol, tobacco, fuel, environmental).
• Computer literacy and ability to use store operational and financial data systems.
• Good presentation skills to communicate with leadership and teams.
• Ability to interpret operating, financial and HR reports to identify issues and opportunities.
• Well-developed skills in managing a large workforce.
• Must be able to travel between stores with a valid driver’s license.
• Class C Operator of Underground Storage Tanks certification to be obtained.
• Provide passionate leadership and ongoing training/development.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
