Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required; progress toward degree considered.
• Five years of progressively responsible retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (alcohol, tobacco, fuel, environment).
• Computer literacy and familiarity with store data systems.
• Good presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret operating, financial and HR reports to identify issues.
• Experience managing a large workforce.
• Ability to travel between stores with valid driver’s license.
• Class C Operator of Underground Storage Tanks certification needed.
• Provide passionate leadership, vision, training and recognition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district stores to achieve profitability and performance targets.
• Directly supervise Store Managers and maintain a visible presence in locations.
• Coach managers, review operating results, and present to leadership.
• Identify new opportunities and evaluate products, services or locations.
