Job summary

Prime Communications in Sugar Land, TX seeks a District Manager to lead retail locations, coach Store Managers, and drive sales, service, and operational standards across the district.

You will recruit and develop talent, coordinate promotions, ensure compliance, manage inventory, and partner with Loss Prevention, with extensive travel (75%), nights/weekends, and a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of sales/general management experience.
• Previous successful personal sales and customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail locations and supervise Store Managers.
• Drive sales targets, promotions, and merchandising.
• Coach district team and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory counts, and operational checklists.
• Manage compliance, training, and disciplinary decisions with HR.
• Represent the Company and AT&T in communications; promote sales.
• Lead district to maintain high customer service and productivity.
