Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and promotional activities across stores.
• Coach and develop store personnel, conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and loss prevention compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of store leadership.
• Maintain communications with AT&T and Company leadership to align goals.
• Uphold company policies, standards, and a positive district culture.
