Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a District Manager to direct and develop stores in a district, coaching leadership teams and driving profitability. You will oversee sales, operations, staffing, merchandising, loss prevention and expense control, ensuring compliance with Windsor policies.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to manage up to 15 stores, with travel as needed to support district goals. A track record of improving financial performance is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years retail management experience, with at least 3 years multi-unit responsibility or 5 years as a top Windsor Store Manager.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to drive results across a district.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; ability to develop a team of up to 15 stores.
• Experience using store technology (POS, reporting) and basic finance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coaches and provides leadership for stores within a district, managing sales, store operations, staffing and development.
• Accountable for profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Promotes collaboration, builds bench strength and succession planning across the district.
• Ensures effective onboarding, training and performance management for store managers.
