Palm Beach Tan is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our Texas store, drive sales performance, build a winning team, and deliver a premier tanning experience.

You will recruit, train, coach a high-performing team, manage daily store operations, and analyze KPIs to meet revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role offers growth opportunities within a nationally recognized brand and a supportive, energetic work culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets
• Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and an ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goals
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Manage all day to day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
