Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an outgoing and results-driven district operations leader to oversee Palm Beach Tan salons across multiple locations in the Amarillo area. You’ll drive sales, ensure brand standards, and mentor store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include balancing labor costs, boosting profitability, recruiting and developing staff, and coordinating communications across locations while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments.
• Proven leadership and team development across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
• Competent with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Must drive between locations and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 3-5 years of operations (management) experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and control costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain high-quality staff.
• Collaborate with Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel and ensure timely communications on all projects and initiatives.
